ORDER
The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to pass final order on the Revision Petition preferred by the petitioner on 17.08.2011.
2.The petitioner has filed the Revision Petition before the first respondent as against the order passed by the second respondent on 19.04.2011 under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983. In this regard, the grievance of the petitioner was that the said revision was not decided immediately, therefore, in order to give a direction to the first respondent to decide and dispose of the revision, he filed this writ petition.

3.When this case is taken up for hearing, Ms.T.Girija, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has submitted that, the said revision has been disposed of as early as on 07.02.2012 by the first respondent and in this regard, she has also produced the copy of the said order passed by the first respondent dated 07.02.2012, where, the revision filed by the petitioner has been rejected. 4.In view of the aforesaid development, where, the revision had been disposed of as early as on 07.02.2012, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been accomplished by the petitioner and accordingly, nothing survives in this regard to pursue further.
5.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
