ORDER

To quash the case in Crime No.1280 of 2017 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, K4 Police Station, Anna Nagar, Chennai, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

2.When the matter came up for admission on 02.03.2023, on perusing the record this Court found that FIR was registered on 04.10.2017 and the stage of the investigation could not be ascertained by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side). Hence, the matter was adjourned. 3.Again when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in this matter, charge sheet filed on 02.06.2023 before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore. In the light of the above submission, nothing survives in this petition.
