ORDER

The petitioners seek Succession Certificate in respect of the securities held by Krishnappa Chettiar @ Panayapatti R Krishnappan @ Panayapatti Ramanathan Krishnappan, who died intestate on 30.07.1991. The first, second and fourth petitioners are the daughters and the third petitioner is the son of the deceased Krishnappa Chettiar.

2. The third petitioner has been examined as P.W.1. He has produced the death certificates of the deceased Krishnappa Chettiar and Meenakshi Achi (mother of the petitioners), as Exs.P1 and P4. The legal heirship certificates of the deceased Krishnappa Chettiar and Meenakshi Achi as Exs.P2 and P5. A perusal of Ex.P2 and P5 shows that the petitioners are the only legal heirs of the deceased. A paper publication has been made and any objections have not been received.

3. In view of the above said evidence, the Original Petition is allowed by granting Succession Certificate in favour of the petitioners in respect of the securities mentioned in the schedule to the petition. Index :Yes/No Speaking order: Yes/ No Petitioner's witness:
