COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved and the relief sought in both these Civil Revision Petitions are identical in nature, the same were heard together and decided of vide this common order.

2. Heard Mr.Ar.M.Arunachalam, learned counsel for the revision petitioners.

3. The petitioners seek limited relief by way of a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur to dispose of the pending I.A.Nos.1 of 2024 in UN.RCA.SR.Nos.5882 & 5883 of 2024, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners state that I.A.Nos.1 of 2024 was filed, seeking condonation of delay in preferring the Rent Controller Appeal and that, despite both sides having already advanced their arguments and the orders are yet to be pronounced and the delay is causing serious prejudice to the petitioners.

5. In the light of the limited relief sought for by the petitioners in these

Civil Revision Petitions, I am inclined to dispense with notice to the respondents. The learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur, is directed to dispose of I.A.Nos.1 of 2024 in UN.RCA.SR.Nos.5882 & 5883 of 2024 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
