ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2, particularly the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2021, seeking compensation for the acquired land, situated at Dhinapalli Sudapuram Village, Belathur Panchayat, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, comprised in Survey No.69/1, 59/4 to an extent of 0.28.0 hectares and 0.34.5 Hectares totally to an extent of 0.62.05 hectares.
2. The case of the petitioner is that, the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property comprised in above said survey numbers situated at above said village, which was acquired by the respondents for the purpose of construction of quarters for Government Hospital, Begalur. Thereafter, the petitioner has sent representation to the 1st respondent dated 30.06.2021 seeking for compensation for the acquired property. Even after the receipt of the same, no order has been passed in favour of the petitioner. Hence, he has 2/5
come up with the present Writ Petition with the aforesaid relief.
3. Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2021 and pass orders on merits within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents has no objection for said order being passed.
5. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks 3/5
from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
