This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the Respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 22.06.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.311 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing counsel appearing for the Respondents submitted that, as against the order of this Court dated 22.06.2022, the respondents have preferred Writ appeal in W.A.No.845 of 2023 and obtained an order of interim stay on 12.04.2023.

3. In view of the above facts, this Court is of the view that, there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed and the appearance of the respondents/contemnors is dispensed with.
