This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 20.09.2011 made in R.C.A.No.10 of 2010 on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Poonamallee, modifying the order dated 16.04.2010 made in R.C.O.P.No.21 of 2006 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif-cum-Rent Controller, Poonamallee.

2. Today, when the Petition is taken up for consideration, there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner.

3. Steps have not been taken despite the order passed by this Court dated 16.04.2018. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
