ORDER

This Court, by an interim order dated 22.09.2016 in W.M.P.No.28814 of 2016 in W.P.No.33358 of 2016, directed the respondents to approve the appointment of the

petitioner as B.T.Assistant (Tamil) in the 4th respondent school temporarily and release the salary to the petitioner from the date of appointment dated 01.02.2013. 2.Now, alleging non-compliance of the said order of this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 23.02.2018 issued by the 3rd respondent, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and the same is closed.
