ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of the petitioner's statutory appeal pending

on the file of the first respondent as against the refusal check slip dated 06.08.2025.

2.Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3.Even though the petitioner has filed the grounds of appeal before the first respondent, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit on instructions that there is no such appeal pending on the file of the first respondent.

4.By giving the benefit of doubt to the petitioner, this Court, in the interest of justice deems it fit to issue a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh appeal before the first respondent as against the impugned refusal check slip dated 06.08.2025 issued by the second respondent. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to file a fresh appeal before the first respondent as against the impugned refusal check slip dated 06.08.2025, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall

entertain the said appeal and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, without going into the limitation and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of six weeks thereafter.
