O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, seeking an order to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7332 of 2019 dated 20.03.2019.

2. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions would submit that in respect to the order dated 20.03.2019 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7332 of 2019, the contemnor herein has completed the investigation and filed a Final Report on 13.10.2020 itself before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate No.II, Chennai. He would further submit that before filing the Final Report, R.C.S.No.8 of 2020 has been filed on 09.10.2020 and thereby, the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives in this Contempt Petition for 2/3

adjudication. Hence, recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, the present Contempt Petition is closed.
