This Court, by common order dated 25.07.2019, dismissed both the above said revision petitions, with a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suits in O.S.Nos.70 & 71 of 2012 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.The learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, by way of letter dated 04.09.2020, addressed to the Registry informed that due to lockdown because of pandemic Covid-19 situation, he could not comply with the order of this Court dated 25.07.2019, directing to dispose of O.S.Nos.70 & 71 of 2012. At request of the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur, seeking extension of time to dispose of the suits, these revision petitions were listed before this Court for appropriate orders.

3.I have gone through the above said letter.

4.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further six months time is granted to dispose of the suits. 01.10.2020 gsa 2/3
