The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 18.01.2024, registered for the offences under Sections 9(f) and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual offences Act and Section 341 of I.P.C seek bail.

2. It is stated that the offence have now been altered to altered to Sections 341 of I.P.C r/w 9(f) and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual offences Act r/w 3(1) (w) (i) of SC/ST POA Act 1989.

3. The trial Court had rejected the bail application in Crl.M.P.No.161 of 2024 vide order dated 08.02.2024.

4. Now, the petitioner will have to approach the Trial Court again seeking bail for the offences under sections 3(1) (w) (i) of SC/ST POA Act 1989.

5. In view of that particular fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence this petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed. 22.02.2024 smn 2/3
