Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.05.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in C.No.31/2016 and the same was closed on 30.05.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
