This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent herein to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 10.02.2015 given by the petitioner and take appropriate action against the accused and proceed in accordance with law.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 10.02.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 21.03.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent police is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
