This Writ Petition is filed challenging the transfer order dated 03.02.2020 made in Na.Ka.No.8677/A3/218.

2. It is the settled principle of law that the transfer is a condition of service and further more though medical reason was assigned, the appropriate authority to consider the grievance is only the respondents. Therefore, I do no find any merits in this petition.

3. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned and to give representation. On receipt of such representation, the concerned authority is directed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation from the petitioner. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
