(CRIME NO.140/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the Condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30am until further order by this Hon'ble Court Vide bail order dated 20.12.2021 in Crl.OP.24895/2021(on the file of this Hon'ble Court) in Crime No.140/2021(on the file of the Respondent Police),and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.ARAVIND RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24895 of 2021 dated 20.12.2021.

2..The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioner had been complying the condition by reporting before the Investigating Officer every week on Tuesday and Sunday. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.
