ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the returned docket order made in unnumber petition in STC.No.2520 of 2022 dated 25.08.2022, on the file of Fast Track Court Judicial Magistrate of Tirupur. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner filed a petition to recall NBW issued against the petitioner in STC.No.2520 of 2022. This petition was returned by the learned Judicial Magistrate stating that accused are not produced. Challenging the return, this petition is filed. 3.When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would ask the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tiruppur, on the next hearing with the petition for recall of warrant.

4.Recording the submission of petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of giving direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tiruppur, with appropriate petition for surrender and recall of warrant.
