J U D G M E N T

Though Mr.R.Gururaj had appeared for the appellant, it appears that subsequently the appellant had sought for change of brief from him and has entrusted the matter to one Mr.G.Bhaskar, MS/2178/2017 with the papers. However, his vakalat is yet to be filed.

2. The appellant has appeared in person with her husband and had informed the Court that she is withdrawing the Second Appeal. She would state that she does not know to read and therefore this Court had directed her husband who knows to read, to read the endorsement 3/6

made for withdrawing the appeal. The same was also read out by him and after comprehending the same, the appellant has affixed her signature and her husband has also counter signed as her witness.
