ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 25.04.2015 and investigate the same and proceed in accordance with law,, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police.

3. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that earlier, a petition enquiry in CSR No.163 of 2015 was conducted, and the parties were advised to workout their remedies in the Civil Court. In such circumstances, no positive order for registering FIR can be given. In this complaint dated 25.04.2015 given by the petitioner in any event the respondent police is directed to ensure that there is no law and problem created by any person in that place.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above observation.
