Seeking a direction to the third respondent Police to register the case pertaining to the petitioner's complaint dated 28.04.2015 in accordance with law., the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that no proof has been attached for having given complaint. In such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give copy of the complaint dated 28.04.2015 in person to the respondent Police and on such complaint has been made, the respondent Police is directed to call both the parties and conduct enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
