ORDER
This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 349 days in filing the A.S.(SR).No.53326 of 2023 against the award dated 22.12.2021 in L.A.O.P.No.7 of 2015 on the file of the Special Judicial Officer for Land Acquisition (Sub Judge), Mahe. 2.
Court Notice served on the respondents, but no representation on behalf of the respondents.

Taking note of the fact that the appeal is against the order of the reference Court for enhancing the compensation for the land acquired. The State being aggrieved, filed this appeal with a delay of 349 days. Since, the delay is explained, the delay of 349 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed. 23-07-2025 stn
