PONGIAPPAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.2723 of 2022 IN CRL RC.78/2022 K.MOHAN BABU [ PETITIONER ] Vs V.PARIMALA [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for deposit of payment of RS.4, 64,000/-(Rupees Four Lakhs Sixty Four Thousand Only) before the Learned Judicial Magistrate at Sulur for the period of two months in Crl.M.P.No.750/2022 of Crl.R.C.No.78 of 2022 dated 01.02.2022 by this court and to pass further suitable orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SABARI GOKUL, Advocate for M/S. M.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to extend the time for depositing the amount of Rs.4,64,000/- before the learned Judicial Magistrate at Sulur, for a period of two months in Crl.M.P.Nos.750 & 752 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.78 of 2022 dated 01.02.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioners. The learned counsel submitted that due to covid-19 pandemic, the petitioner is not in a position to mobilize the amount of Rs.4,64,000/- and in respect of the same, he seeks further time for depositing the said amount as agreed on 01.02.2022. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that since the petitioner could not able to deposit Rs.4,64,000/- within the stipulated time, time is extended till 04.04.2022 for depositing the amount of Rs.4,64,000/- as agreed earlier.

4. Post on 04.04.2022.
