This case is taken up through video conferencing. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner's husband Subramani had collected a lot of money from various persons and had absconded and in order to cover up his misdeeds, the petitioner has filed the present petition. 3.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous due to efflux of time.

In view of the above, this criminal original petition is closed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
