ORDER

This writ petition has been filed on 16.02.2022 seeking a mandamus directing the first and second respondents to accept the request of the petitioner for Extension of Export Obligation for a period of two years. The application bears reference No. MWN/2021/EPCG/ dated 05.10.2020 with time for complying with the conditions under EPCG Authorization No. 0430011019 dated 23.03.2012. 2.

As rightly pointed out by respondent counsel, as on date, the two year period sought under the writ petition is itself long gone as in February, 2024. Hence nothing further survives and recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
