Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation/appeal dated 22.10.2015 and pass orders disbursing the retirement-cum-death benefits due and payable to the petitioner's husband late S.P.Sampath, who was working as Secretary of the third respondent society. The husband of the writ petitioner was an employee of the third respondent Co-operative Society. He was holding the post of Secretary of the third respondent society and retired from service on 30.11.2014, on attaining the age of superannuation. Unfortunately, the husband of the writ petitioner passed away on 26.12.2014, leaving behind the writ petitioner as well as her two children. due to the writ petitioner has not been paid by the third respondent society and the family is in penury. 2.The writ petitioner in this regard preferred a Revision Petition under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act before the first respondent on 22.10.2015. Further, the order passed by the third respondent on 15.10.2015 is also under challenge in the Revision Petition filed on 22.10.2015.

3.Thus, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the revision petition filed on 22.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
