ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16718 of 2021 dated 17.09.2021 and punish him in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the order of this Court dated 17.09.2021 directing the respondent to file a final report, no action has been taken so far.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in this case, on completion of investigation, a positive charge sheet was filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.817 of 2022. Thereafter, summons were issued to the accused and now the case is posted on 08.04.2022.

4. Finding that the order of this Court has been complied with, no further order is necessary. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
