(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of 2nd respondent through 3rd respondent in connection with the nonbailable warrant issued against the petitioner in C.C.No.3552 of 2019 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, seeks anticipatory bail.
