ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 01/05/2015 and investigate the same in accordance with the law, he has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is seen that the complaint has been given by the petitioner to the respondent by post.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint in person to the respondent police and on such complaint being given, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
