Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to secure the Panjami land (Depressed Classes Lands) in S.Nos.21/2 and 21/3 situated at Chinnakangiyanur Village, Tiruvannamalai District from the encroachers by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2018.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.H.Kalpana, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.S.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.Sriram, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that she is restricting her prayer to respondents 1 to 3 considering her representation dated 7.12.2018 expeditiously. The said representation is in relation to encroachment on Panjami land (Depressed Classes Lands) in S.Nos.21/2 and 21/3 situated at Chinnakangiyanur Village, Tiruvannamalai District.

3. The learned Government Advocate states that the said representation will be considered by the authority concerned after giving notice to all concerned and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said statement is recorded. In view of the said statement, no further orders are necessary and this petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
