This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.04.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. It is seen that this petitioner had sent two quarrelling parties to the Police Station and since the police said that they will register a case against both parties, the petitioner has gone to the Police Station, where quarrel seems to have ensued. reading of the complaint, it does not inspire confidence of this Court. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the police to register the case. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
