This petition has been filed for issuance of writ of Certiorari calling for the records from the file of the 1st respondent in proceedings in Ref. No. Mu. Mu.5361/2011/A2 dt 26.6.2012 and to quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.04.2022, it was represented that the petitioner has died. However this Court directed the learned Government Advocate to verify the said aspect and to produce the death certificate of the petitioner.

3. In compliance of the said order, the learned Government Advocate has produced the death certificate of the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition as it is evident from the Death Certificate that the petitioner herein has passed away and the legal heirs has not come forward to represent the case. 4.Recording the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
