2. On the ground of which the present petition seeking for transfer of investigation has been filed is that the respondents have been keeping the case pending without conducting any investigation.

3. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed on 21.03.2017.
