This writ petitioner has been filed by D.Elango seeking for issuance of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to disburse the subsistence allowance from December, 2015 together with arrears, by disposing of his representation dated 11.02.2017 ,within the specified time.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the Joint Director, ExServicemen's Welfare Department, Chennai-3 namely, the 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent herein, by the proceedings dated 10.03.2017, granted 75% of the subsistence allowance including the arrears from December 2015.
