This petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.457 of 2023 on the file of respondent police.

2. Heard Ms.R.Thulasi, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for first respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in the case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate I, Krishnagiri.

4. Recording the above submission, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate I, Krishnagiri., to act upon the final report within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If ultimately, the concerned Court takes cognizance and summons is issued to the petitioners and the petitioners are aggrieved by the same, it will be 2/4
