PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to implement G.O.Ms.No.1326 (Education Department) dated 20.09.1989 and G.O.Ms.No.190 (Tourism & Culture Dept) dated 30.09.2009 and to consider the members of the petitioner-Association, who hold a Degree of Bachelor of Fine Arts awarded by the Madras University or Bharathidasan University, as eligible to apply for the post of Part time Instructor (Art Education) advertised by respondent No.2 vide her letter Rc.No.1150/A5/SSA/2011 dated 22.11.2011 addressed to respondent No.4 and accept their applications for further processing.
