This Court, by order dated 09.07.2019, allowed the above said revision petition with a direction to the Court below to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.82 of 2008 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.The learned Principal District Munsif, Gingee, by way of letter dated 19.08.2020, addressed to the Registry informed that due to pandemic Covid19 situation, he could not comply with the order of this Court dated 09.07.2019, directing to dispose of O.S.No.82 of 2008. At request of the learned Principal District Munsif, Gingee, seeking extension of time to dispose of the Suit, this revision petition was listed before this Court for appropriate orders.

3.I have gone through the above said letter and also heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

4.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further three months time is granted to dispose of the suit. 01.10.2020 krk 2/3
