ORDER

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta for petitioner's house situated at Old S.No.845, present T.S.No.1, Ward B, Block No.28, Ranipet, Ranipet District, admeasuring 2016 sq.ft and bearing New No.22/67 Old No.13/37, South Railway Station Road, Ranipet, Ranipet District by considering petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2022.

2. The petitioner had given a representation-cum-application to the respondents especially the third respondent for issuance of patta and in order to consider the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Heard Mr.C.Harish, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.N.Senthil Selvi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the said representation-cum-application submitted by the petitioner would be considered and decided by the third respondent on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation-cumapplication submitted by the petitioner dated 28.12.2022 and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
