O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose the petitioners representation dated 11.10.2021 within the time as stipulated by this Court.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that, the petitioner's land has been acquired for the airport expansion sometime in 2018. However, subsequently no award has been passed and no compensation has been paid to the petitioner despite repeated requests. In this regard, on 11.01.2021 the petitioner had given a detailed representation and the same since has not been considered and no orders have been passed, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.P.Sathish learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, the representation submitted by the petitioner on 11.10.2021 would be considered and orders would be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Additional 2 / 4

Government Pleader, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order.

"That there shall be a direction to the respondents especially the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.10.2021 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
