This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 6/1/2023.

2. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had submitted a representation, dated 28/12/2022, to the respondents, with regard to issuance of licence for running the petty shop, at No.2, Chinnandi Madam, T.H.Road, Kodingayur, Chennai 600 118 or to provide an alternative site. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner has come forward with the instant writ petition.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. Heard Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the second respondent.

5. Without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 6/1/2023, and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
