O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in respect of the case in C.C.No.152 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that there is no such alleged harassment by the respondent police. He further submitted that with regard to the crime committed, summons under Section 110 of Cr.PC., has been served on the petitioner for his appearance before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Alandur, Chennai for the purpose of enquiry.

3.The above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Alandur, Chennai, on 24.04.2017 for enquiry. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
