ORDER

This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.23167 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024, was not complied with. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 25.04.2025, was placed before this Court. Pursuant to the order passed by the 1st respondent, the 2nd respondent has also followed up and issued proceedings dated 19.04.2025, wherein new fitment has been made. 3.What is left is the follow up of the 2nd respondent. Hence, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue follow up proceedings within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4.With the above directions, this contempt petition is closed. 20.06.2025 Index: Yes/No Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order KP
