Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings R.C. No.2845/Sl.1/2014 dated 17/03/2014 and quash the same and direct the first respondent herein not to allow any private association to occupy the Government property situated at Hall of Gymnasticsm Aquatic Complex, Velacherry, Chennai-42, respectively.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the 4th respondent's Association was granted affiliation after filing these writ petitions, the relief sought for in these writ petitions has become infructuous and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the writ petitions.

2. In view of the same, writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
