Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP.No.817 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders and pass such further. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.VIJAYA RAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.817 of 2022 by an order dated 12.01.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation modified to the effect reporting once in a week instead of twice in a week.

3.
