ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 420 of I.P.C. in Crime No.1951 of 2013 and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner on 03.08.2016 and apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police, this petition has been filed.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

4.Considering the fact that the non bailable warrant is pending from 03.08.2016, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court i.e., the X Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Allikulam, Chennai, on the next date of hearing namely, 22.05.2017 and file a petition to recall the non bailable warrant.
