ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 31.12.2019 passed in Crl.M.P.No.9072 of 2015 in C.C.No.348 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent purchasers. The other accused have brought in some persons stated to be their relatives and believing them, the petitioners had kept the documents as collateral security in a Bank and received loan and on coming to know of the offence committed by the other accused, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners have settled their loan and the documents were also returned to the other accused.

3. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Petition with liberty to file a quash petition.

4. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a quash petition, if grounds are made out. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
