Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and the third respondents herein, to grant patta to the petitioner over the lands comprised in S.No.183/6 of Hanumanthapuram Revenue Village, measuring 3 acres, in pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 12.01.2021. ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first and the third respondents herein, to grant patta to the petitioner over the lands comprised in S.No.183/6 of Hanumanthapuram Revenue Village, measuring 3 acres, in pursuant to the representation of the petitioner dated 12.01.2021.

2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents.

3.Since the representation of the petitioner is dated 12.01.2021, which is hardly a month old, this Court does not want to create a situation, where it may discriminate those who are already in the queue.

4.Therefore, this Court directs the third respondent/Tahsildar to hold an enquiry after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021, preferably in June ' 2021 after issuing notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing, and dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.
