This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent herein Central Crime Branch-EDF-III, Greater Chennai Police, Vepery, Chennai 600 007 to register the FIR against J.Thulaseedharan and his wife T.Kavitha on the complaint dated 04.01.2016 on the file of the 1st respondent and proceed further in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.01.2016, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 27.05.2016 as "civil in nature". A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
