O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the Final Report in C.C.No.93 of 2018 dated 04.01.2018, on the file of the Special Court of CCB and CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai.

2.Heard both sides and perused the documents available on record.

3.It is seen that the grounds sought for in the quash petition filed by the petitioner cannot be considered by this Court. All the grounds are to be raised before the trial Court only during the trial. It is also seen that though the case is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pending from the year 2014, the trial is not yet commence. 4.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings, however on considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates, which the trial Court insisted for framing of charges, preliminary question under Section 311 of Cr.P.C and on the date of judgment etc., 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
