Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extension of time for furnishing sureties in pursuant to the order dated 16.10.2020 in Crl.OP.No.15992/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ARIVAZHAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.THANKIRA, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioners to comply with the conditional order dated 16.10.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.15992 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and each of the petitioner shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand), before the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai-600 015, and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to comply with the said conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
