The applicant seeks to set aside the auction sale of lands in Survey No.242/1C and constituting the MaxWorth Nangaimozhi Project. The applicant asserts that he is the owner of 2.30 acres in Survey No.242/1C in Nangaimozhi Village. In the affidavit in support of the application, the manner in which the applicant acquired title is set out. Learned Administrator states that the auction sale was limited to 1.52 acres in Survey No.242/1C. She further submits that the applicant appears to be the bona fide owner of the said lands based on documents produced by the applicant.

2. Therefore, C.A.No.120 of 2022 is allowed by setting aside the auction sale of land admeasuring 1.52 acres in Survey No.242/1C of the MaxWorth Nangaimozhi Project. Since C.A.No.120 of 2022 has been allowed, C.A.No.119 of 2022 is closed.
